UPHILL-ACS has set up the institute ensuring the highly interdisciplinary technical academical atmosphere particularly to such students , whose thoughts for their technical competency, genuine & skilled knowledge and getting their ambitions fulfilled after spending a valuable time and money,which have been disarrayed by the mushrooming kinf of small level  technical and management institutes.The mushrooming of techinical institutes have made the selection of a right and authentic institution very difficult for the students because every student may not have the facilty to contact Government Nodal agencies for verifying the genuineness of such institutions.UPHILL-ACS came into existence to guide and help such disarrayed youth in producing competency.
